The most understandable, yet irritating aspect of hospitality, COVID-19 has introduced restrictions that’ll be in place for years to come. Maximum seating capacity, track-tracing, contacting guests; it’s all a pain. With Book-Eat-SAFE, the guest does all the work for you. filling out the name, email address and phone number of anyone that comes in their party. This information is fully encrypted, giving the end user full privacy unless required by government.

  • We provide a QR code for any verified venues to set up in their establishment. When scanned, this allows a patron to check their party into a venue, either via web or in-app. All patron details are stored fully encrypted, and can only be accessed with a digital key.

  • You do not need to be a Book-Eat-SAFE functional venue to use Book-Eat-SAFE COVID tracing.
    Any venue can apply to receive only our contact tracing features without our booking or payment systems.

The hospitality guidelines around COVID-19 are changing rapidly, leading to confusion as to what we have to do.
